Is Zimmerman Building Company liscensed and insured?
Zimmerman Building Company is fully insured and licensed in the following areas:
- Licensed through the State of Ohio to install cisterns and work on existing wells.
- Licensed in Sandusky County, Ottawa County, and Wood County for septic system installations.
- Licensed with the Sandusky County Sanitary Engineer.
- Licensed with the City of Fremont to do plumbing and sewer installations and repairs.
Insurance certificates are available upon request.
What is your service area?
Our service area includes but is not limited to Fremont and the surrounding communities. We have served everywhere from Clyde to Toledo, Oak Harbor to Findlay.
When should I book my project?
You do not have to schedule your project on any specific date. Our schedule is set around the needs of the customer. If it is an emergency it gets handled as one. As soon as the customer decides to have work done they should contact us.
Do you provide emergency services?
We do our very best to help people during an emergency but we cannot guarantee our availability. We can however, refer you to another agency if we cannot help you.
