Nothing beats the serenity and beauty of lakefront home. The views are out of this world, and there’s something peaceful about the sound and sight of water.

The goal of this dream house was building a space to entertain family and friends while enjoying spectacular views of the lake.   Zimmerman Building Company was a subcontractor.  Our crew built the tresses and framed the house, set beams and floor joists, installed the roof, the windows & exterior doors, siding and cabinets.  The siding used on the first floor was a stone-type vinyl siding.   The exterior decks and stairways were built on both sides of the home.   The customer requested extras to complete the project.   The extras were discussed, then time frame and cost were provided to finish.

This home is located in Ottawa County.  We are a licensed contractor, licensed in plumbing and household sewage treatment systems in Ottawa, Sandusky and Wood counties.
